Susan Leven

I have been working with Martin for the past year to improve my strength and my technique (squat, bench, deadlift).  He has ensured I lift safely then challenges me to my limits.  Working with Martin changing up my programme regularly keeps me interested in going to the gym and focussed on achieving my goals.  He has a wealth of knowledge to impart and is patient with my constant stream of how/why/what fitness related questions!
